RESERVATION terms and conditions

 

We take a 50% deposit on all bookings with the balance to be paid upon arrival, any booking cancelled in less than 7 days will lose their deposit and in less than 24 hours the full balance will be taken, we of course take into account extraordinary circumstances and treat each case on its own merit.

All rooms are checked before and after guest have arrived/vacated, any damage to the room or contents/lost keys must be reported, damages will be costed an applied to the final bill and if not payed will be forwarded to third parties for payment.

No smoking in public areas or non-smoking rooms, no guests allowed in rooms without permission, no pets allowed or children under 16.

​

Breakfast is from 9am till 10:30am, any special requirements must be submitted before arrival.

​

Anyone caught with drugs and illegal substances/committing illegal activities will be reported to the Police, cctv runs throughout the hotel for your protection.
